recognise this Baltimore building ? Today , it ’s the gleaming Baltimore Design School . But not long ago , it was an abandoned warehouse used by HBO for scenery of urban decay in The Wire . Talk about a comeback story .
As Co. Design explicate , this public 6th-12th grade school offers architecture , graphic design and way design program , bring new life to a former manufacturing plant abandoned in the 1980s . Overhauled through a combination of public and individual funding , and pack with donation from Adobe and many others , this former symbol of blight is now a shiny spot in Baltimore ’s strong-arm and intellectual landscape painting . Co. Design has the whole bewitching story , and breathtaking picture of the current beauty and the squalor it spring from . Check it out . [ Co. Design ]
