The “ TeraStation , ” features four 250 GB hard ride giving a total 1 TB ( and yes I bed 1 TB = 1024 GB but too bad ) of storage . What I like most of all is the damage — at around $ 1000 USD , the TeraStation just might receive its way of life into a few well - heeled consumer ’s homes .
For those of you who do decide to pick one up , you ’ll be delighted to know it features four operational modes . There ’s two slow “ just store doodly-squat ” modes , but two modes utilize RAID like there ’s no tomorrow . Also , it connects via Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 , so surely you ’ll be capable to fill it up with your Suprnova legally downloaded media in no time .
