A man allegedly confessed to killing his girlfriend after walking into an Indiana police department Sunday evening, PEOPLE confirms.Connor Warren Scott, 24, entered the Danville Metropolitan Police Department to allegedly admit to killing his then-girlfriend Kaylyn Whitaker, 20, who died on Halloween 2014 in Martinsville, Illinois.At the time, police said she died under suspicious circumstances.
