The interest has been so acute that Lionsgate last caved in to buff requirement and turn two CGI - plow images of the bad guys — Silken Floss , the evil secretary played by Scarlett Johansson ( above ) , and The Octopus play by Samuel L. Jackson ( below ) — so we could see what they ’ll really take care like in the movie .

Looks excess shiny , menacing , and awesome , and I ’m charge that the effects are shaping up to resemble those in Sin City , the glossy , CGI - do by film based on Frank Miller ’s funny book of the same name . 300 , also based on a Miller book , featured interchangeable stylize treatments . I love this tendency of realise moving-picture show look like comic books , since for decades laughable books have tried to search more like movies . At last , the tide have change state ! Mwhahaha !
