From a fellow wrestler to a Canadian engineer!
One week afterJohn Cenawasspotted out and about in Vancouver with a mystery woman, her identity has been revealed as Shay Shariatzadeh.
Shariatzadeh currently works as a project manager for Avigilon, a Motorola Solutions tech company, and has been employed at the Vancouver-based company since 2015,according toE! News, who first confirmed her identity.
In her role, Shariatzadeh oversees product launches and strategy, conducts market research, evaluates global market requirements, and works with external third parties to develop partnerships and licensing opportunities, her LinkedInpage says.
Shariatzadeh also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Her interest to pursue the career stems back to earlier days when her brother’s project first piqued her curiosity.
“I have always enjoyed math and physics,” sherecently told her company’s website. “My brother studied engineering in school, and I remember one day he came home with a project and it was an autonomous car — and that was it!”
Her brother is not the only family member that Shariatzadeh considers to be influential. Her mother, who works as a surgeon, has also served as a life-long inspiration.
“The strongest and most hard working woman I know is my mother,” she said in the International Women’s Day feature. “The biggest lesson she taught me was to be independent and fight for the things I want in life.”
Added Shariatzadeh: “While she was at the peak of her career, she gave it all up to move her family to Canada to give us a better future. She is the reason I fight to be the best version of myself, to be kind and to never give up.”
In addition to engineering, Shariatzadeh has previously worked as a sales associate at Guess and La Vie En Rose, according to her LinkedIn.
Last Monday, the WWE wrestler, 41, was grinning ear-to-ear as he wasphotographed holding handswith Shariatzadeh, who also smiled as she held on to Cena’s arm.
The actor and his date enjoyed a four-hour dinner before they walked the streets of Vancouver hand-in-hand,according toTMZ.
His romantic outing came just days after Cena’s ex-fiancéeNikki Bellaconfirmed that she is dating her formerDancing with the Starspro partnerArtem Chigvintsev.
Despite moving on with Chigvintsev, news of Cena’s new love interest may come as a shock to Bella, 35, who recently revealed it would be tough to watch him start dating again.

On the season finale ofTotal Bellason March 24, Bella returned to Napa, California, where she and Cena had planned to tie the knot.
While there with her twin sisterBrie Bella, she said that she hoped “to move forward” from Cena, but seeing him with someone new would be difficult.
“No matter what, the next time I see him with someone it’s going to kill me,”she said. “I still have a long way to go. But honestly, I’m ready for a new me. I need it. You know what I feel like I need to do? I need to start living as if I don’t care whether it’s my ex or anyone else watching me and afraid to hurt their feelings.”
Cena and Bella, who had been together for six years,ended their engagementlast year, just weeks before their wedding date.

In the time since their split, Bella has tried to move on from her relationship with Cena, including opening herself up to love again.
Shortly after theTotal Bellasseason finale — which showed Bella and Chigvintsev riding off into the sunset on his motorcycle — she shared an Instagram photo of herself kissing Chigvintsev on the cheek.
“Well after that season finale 😳 First thing I’ll be talk about this Wednesday… Oh and all those paparazzi photos,” Bellacaptioned the shot.
She then opened up about the status of their relationship on thepremiere episodeof her and her sister’s podcast,The Bellas,last Wednesday.

“Yes, we are dating,” Bella said of her formerDWTSpartner, 36. “Yes, I spend the night at his house. Yes, we have date lunches at Joan’s on Third and we like to get food for his house — or should I say, produce from the farmer’s market.”
Although it’s safe to say Bella isn’t exactly single, the WWE superstar was quick to clarify that she and Chigvintsev aren’t settling down together anytime soon.
“Artem and I are dating. We are not engaged, we are not married, we’re not boyfriend and girlfriend, we don’t say ‘I love you,’ ”Bella saidbefore revealing that her beau is a “great kisser.”
