It’s definitely not a lifestyle, and it’s way too much on your body to do this for even three months.”The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star decided to do her week of two-a-days leading up toher 32nd birthday.“I timed the workouts to be right before my birthday because I was going on a vacation and I wanted to feel good – which I did!” she said.But there was a very Kardashian-style drawback.“The downside of working out two times a day is that you have to schedule out your showers and makeup!”
