Police in Maryland have released a sketch of the suspect who they believe killedRachel Morin— a mother of five who wasfound deadafter she went missing in August — according to authorities.
The Harford County Sheriff’s Officein Bel Air, Md., shared two photos of the sketch on Monday morning.
Harford County Sheriff Jeffery Gahler said at a news conference at the time that there were plenty of “indicators” that left “no doubt” Morin was murdered, PEOPLE previously reported. “Sadly, it’s a homicide case,” the sheriff said.

Shortly afterwards, the Harford County Sheriff’s Office released a surveillance video on social media of the suspect, who is seen leaving a home following a home invasion in Los Angeles, Calif.The Los Angeles Police Departmentconfirmed later that monththat “DNA obtained in the Rachel Morin murder matches that of a suspect identified in a residential burglary and assault on March 26, 2023.”
In Monday’s statement, Harford police said authorities believe the suspect may have been in the area for a few days before the Morin’s murder.
“While he was here, where did he stay? Who did he speak to? Where did he work?” the statement reads, urging anyone with information to come forward.

Rachel Morin’s alleged killer
The unidentified man is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 160 pounds, 20 to 30 years old, with dark hair and a muscular frame, and is believed to be of Hispanic descent.
Anyone with information leading to an arrest and conviction is subject to a $35,000 reward, the statement said.
