Tarek El Moussais sharing his secrets for bonding with his kids.
On Monday, theFlipping El Moussasstar, 42, shared a sweet photo onInstagramwith his two older kids, son Brayden, 8, and daughter Taylor, 13, as they posed together on top of a mountain. Wearing their ski gear, the three lean in together as El Moussa puts his arms around both of his kids.
In his caption, the proud dad took a minute to reflect on how he has strengthened his relationship with his kids. “I used to wonder… how can I bond with my kids better? How can I strengthen our relationship? How can I be a better father?” he began.

El Moussa says that being a good father means putting in the work, showing up every day and putting in the time with his kids.
“After an exhausting week, I had the best weekend with my babies! We spent the weekend in the mountains skiing, eating, playing board games, and making a ton of fires! Any parents out there want to share some ideas with other parents on here to help strengthen their relationships with their children?” he ended his caption.
In his Instagram Stories, the dad of three shared videos of his younger son, Tristan, 12 months, eating small bites of food as the family enjoyed dinner together on the mountain. A second video panned to show Brayden at the table, sitting at the other end of the table from Tristan.
El Moussa is dad to Brayden and Taylor, whom he shares with ex-wifeChristina Hall, 40. He shares Tristan with wifeHeather Rae El Moussa, 36.
“Merry Christmas from the El Moussa family ❤️ There’s nothing better than waking up on Christmas morning, looking around and feeling like you already have everything you could want,” the two wrote in their joint caption.
“Family is truly everything - We hope you all get to slow down a little today to be with your loved ones! It’s Tristan’s first Christmas so we’ll definitely be soaking every moment in with our crazy little monsters 🥰.”
